Beautiful place ..... felt like a private club

First time I played Thistle and it’s an immediate addition to my personal Top 5 in Myrtle Beach - probably number 1 or 2! I loved every aspect of the experience - from bag drop to departure and the course was in tremendous shape!

Very nice course and greens.

That was one of our favorites for the week super busy in the morning, but they seem to manage the teetimes. Really nice clubhouse.

Really enjoyed the course. It was busy in the morning, but I guess that’s to be expected with the time of year. Only drawback was the amount of maintenance being done around this while we played around.

Courses in great shape, Pro Shop staff friendly and very professional. Made us feel like they were happy to have us there.

Top-notch classy facility

Thistle Club is generally on our go-to list annually but will share that while the course was in generally great shape, the greens on Cameron & Stewart were simply too long and that resulted in frustration as putts came up well short too often. Going to hope that this was an anomaly for this year. The staff was very welcoming and professional!

The consensus favorite. Very playable for the average golfer. Pristine condition 2 years straight. Our group wants to make this a permanent course for our annual trip.

Very nice course, however due to overnight rains carts restricted to paths, slowing play (some long walks between carts and balls in play). Some soggy grounds, greens drained well following brief downpour.

Great course. Look forward to this one every year.

Very good layout; staff was friendly. Greens were very smooth and pretty, but slow. Fairways were good, as well. Stewart #9 is a great finishing hole even though it's a par 3.

Very good condition, nice clubhouse. Only complaint is we were delayed due to the number of golfers at the course.

Greens were fine, but the sand traps are like playing out of beach sand. Horrible.

Course were in great shape- however for first time experienced golfers in front who should have had ranger help them with their pace of play

I'm not a fan of Cameron especially when compared to Stewart and McKay. Would like to have seen a ranger role through. Was a bit slow

Thistle played hard and fast on a windy day. Great greens and fairways. The staff is outstanding. Needed Bunker renovations are underway on a few holes which is a plus. The best course in the North part of Myrtle Beach Golf.

The course was great. The employees not so much, especially the starter. She was rude to everyone, both before we teed off and after our round.

Well maintained. Rangers keep play moving. No waiting. Well oil machines.
