The PineHills Course at Myrtlewood Golf Club is the only one located along the Grand Strand designed by acclaimed golf architect Arthur Hills.
This course was originally named “The Pines”, but in 1993 Arthur Hills came in and gave it a new, beautiful face, leading to the course being renamed PineHills. The things he did were astonishing, as his eye for mounding and hazard strategy have given the course a very different personality, one that many people rave about.
Another excellent, championship course – Palmetto – is part of the Myrtlewood Golf Club facility. Together they are a forced to be reckoned with in the Myrtle Beach area.
