Prestwick Country Club is another course designed by Pete Dye. It contains giant oak trees, bay trees, and natural dogwoods – not to mention the thick groves of pines you can find. If you love natural vegetation and beautiful trees, this is truly a course to behold.
The facility is complex, offering tennis, swimming, and a full restaurant for golfers to relax in after a competitive day. Drinks are served, and a lovely view is offered.
In 2006, this course was given the Myrtle Beach 2006 Hospitality Golf Course of the Year nomination, and they have tried hard to live up to this award ever since.
Stop in at the Pro Shop and take a look at the wide variety of golf supplies and memorabilia – and be greeted by a friendly, competent staff.
